Massages:

Swedish
This massage combines three basic strokes; long, firm strokes, kneading, and small circles. Helps to reduce tension, soothe sore muscles, increase circulation, and induce relaxation. Recommended for first-timers. (25, 50, or 80 Minutes)

Lomi Lomi "Hawaiian Style"
Passed down through Hawaiian traditions, Lomi Lomi means to "touch with loving hands." Massage strokes are more vigorous, rhythmic, and faster than Swedish massage and incorporate more elbow and forearm work. (50 or 80 Minutes)

Aromatherapy Massage
Experience the powerful effects of the natural essential oils of plants, roots and flowers, together with a healing massage. Choose from a variety of oils specially blended for ANARA Spa. (50 or 80 Minutes)

Pohaku
Whether you simply need to relax, or you are seeking deeper levels of self understanding, Pohaku is an ancient technique with transformational powers. Warm stones are placed along your spine and used as a part of the massage ritual. The stones help you to discover your own patterns of tension so that together with your therapist, you can start to release them. (80 Minutes)

Thai Massage
This unique massage applies an overall manipulation of the physical form and structure of the body by using positions and stretching. Focusing on the pressure points, energy lines, and basic body forces, Thai Massage produces a highly therapeutic effect. (80 Minutes)

Shiatsu
Traditional Oriental technique with moderate to strong touch using "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure) to stimulate and calm the body. Some stretching is involved and light clothing is worn during this non-oil massage. (50 or 80 Minutes)

Massage Sampler
A tailor-made massage of different massage techniques customized to your individual desires along with the experience and recommendation of the therapist. (25, 50 or 80 Minutes)

4-Handed Lomi Lomi
Two therapists work the body with similar styles and strokes, enabling the body to transform into a relaxed and peaceful state. (50 or 80 minutes)

ANARA Body Polish
ANARA's signature line of Coco Mango body products highlight this luxurious scrub. The treatment begins with our hydrating body buffing grains followed by a gentle loofah and after bath mist. These therapies cleanse and renew the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed and vibrant. (25 Minutes)

Hawaiian Salt Glo Scrub
Polynesian Body Glo with native island red clay from Mount Wai'ale'ale, kukui nut oil and island sea salts that are massaged onto the skin to exfoliate, detoxify and soften the skin. (25 Minutes)

Kauai Coffee Brush
Experience this unique treatment made of the finest ingredients harvested here on the island. A soft and silky body brush opens the treatment. Then a combination of finely ground coffee, orange peel and vanilla bean exfoliate the skin, while the oils in the blend leave the skin feeling fragrant and soft as silk. (25 Minutes)

Herbal Wrap
Wrapped in unbleached linen sheets which have been soaked in a special herbal solution, the body is cleansed of impurities. This heat treatment thoroughly relaxes the body and greatly assists with the detoxification process. (25 Minutes)

Botanical Bath
Enjoy our private Jacuzzi baths. Choose from a variety of aromatherapy oils, herbal mixtures, seaweed, or Hungarian Kur. Each one is designed to either relieve stress, calm, or energize. (25 Minutes)

Ti Leaf Cool Wrap
A soothing treatment for sunburned skin. Cooling aloe vera gel and Hawaiian ti leaves are applied to the body to pull away excess heat. (25 Minutes)

Deluxe Body Treatments:

ANARA Essence Body Masque
After a complete loofah body exfoliation, the body is painted with a clay masque blended with esential oils and aloe, to detoxify, hydrate, and re-mineralize the skin and de-stress and uplift the mind. This treatment concludes with an application of rich lotion, blended for ANARA here on Kauai. (50 Minutes)

Honey-Ginger Body Masque
This hydrating body treatment begins with a ginger body polish, followed by a rich application of body masque made with Hawaiian Honey and healing ginger. The body is then wrapped in warm bath sheets to allow the skin to absorb all the nutrients. This treatment leaves the skin feeling smooth and glowing. Great for dry skin. (50 Minutes)

Polynesian Noni Wrap
Experience this luxurious treatment that combines salt scrub, herbal wrap, polynesian noni wrap and a 25 minute massage. Noni is a tropical fruit that is known for being a natural anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory breathable sealant skin protector that lifts and tightens. (80 minutes)

Seaweed Body Masque
This treatment begins with a body polish, followed by a heated seaweed masque for the entire body. Rich in minerals and trace elements, seaweed has been found to detoxify, minimize cellulite conditions, and stimulate circulation. (50 Minutes)

Plush Papaya Body Polish and Massage
The body is first exfoliated and polished with Papaya Pineapple Body Scrub. The scrub includes aromatic ingredients such as grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, aloe vera, as well as pineapple and papaya extract. The treatment's finale is a nourishing 25-minute massage with Epicuren's deep penetrating Papaya Pineapple Lotion. (50 Minutes)

ANARA Facial
Customized to rehydrate and gently deep cleanse all skin types with the appropriate cleanser, exfoliant, masque and finishing creams. A luxurious massage of the neck, shoulders and face is accompanied by a gentle stream of steam, leaving you feeling pampered and the skin luminous and healthy glowing. (50 minutes)

Gentleman's Facial
Specialty line of men's products are used to deep pore cleanse, tone, and condition the skin. A soothing massage of the chest, neck, shoulders, and face releases stress as the face is soothed with steamed aromatic towels. Please refrain from shaving for at least one hour prior to treatment. (50 minutes)

Eminenice Deep Cleaning Facial
The Eminence Deep Cleansing treatment offers a truly exquisite facial with products that are so natural that you can see the fresh fruit pulps, seeds and smell the fresh herbs. It includes cleansing, exfoliation and a unique masque along with a relaxing facial massage to smooth fine lines and relax both mind and body. (80 minutes)

Royal Hawaiian Facial
ANARA's signature facial is a customized treatment that permeates the skin with trace elements, minerals and vitamins. The hands and feet are pampered in heated mitts and booties, with a soothing massage of ANARA's Coco Mango lotion. Medicinal ti leaves are layered and steamed with towels to relieve tension and release toxins from the skin. (80 Minutes)

Refresher Facial
The skin is cleansed and the dull surface cells are gently removed, followed by a customized masque as the neck and shoulders are massaged. A veil of moisturizer leaves the skin feeling fresh and alive. (25 Minutes)

Sun Relief Facial
A soothing facial for sunburned skin that promotes healing and calms irritated skin. (50 minuted)
