Lomi
Pohaku
Incorporating traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and original La Stone
Therapy, the heated stones loosen up tightened muscles for a penetrating
deep massage of the whole body. The 80-minute session (recommended)
incorporates energy balancing to instill a feeling of peace and
relaxation. Also available ocean-side.
Thai Massage
Performed on the floor, traditional Thai massage adjusts and realigns
the body through a series of deep compressions and rigorous stretches.
A T-shirt and comfortable shorts are recommended. Breathe deeply
and let go. Also available ocean-side.
Ocean Aquacranial
Massage
While you float in the ocean, subtle craniosacral manipulations
lengthen the spine and relieve blockages that create tension and
stress. Leave this altering treatment feeling lighter and with a
sense of clarity.
Ocean-side Couple's Massage
Share a relaxing quiet time together as you simultaneously receive
massages by the ocean.
Ayurvedic Massage
Luxurious amounts of warm therapeutic oils are lavishly poured on
the body as ancient and exotic herbs from India are massaged into
the skin. The therapeutic herbs combined with the massage help detoxify
the body, calm the nervous system, relieve aching joints and bring
body, mind and spirit into alignment.
Wailea Water Ritual
A great way to start the Spa experience in our private cocoon suite.
For singles or couples, start in the steam shower chamber, where
there are exfoliating mitts available and a luxurious coconut bath
gel to use while bathing under a rainshower head. Then, slip into
a whirlpool tub for two while aromatherapy bath salts melt away
tension and prepare you for your day at the Spa.
Four Seasons
Signature Treatment
This treatment leads you on a journey through the Four Seasons of
life. Refresh in winter with a cooling scrub to the back, hands
and feet, leading you into spring with a warming floral wrap. Come
alive in summer with a medley of massage techniques, followed by
a deeply relaxing herbal scalp treatment to conclude your journey
in fall. The Four Seasons Signature can also be enjoyed as a couple's
treatment.
Hawaiian Temple Bodywork
A traditional Hawaiian treatment, weaving a touch of Lomi Lomi with
meditative dance movement and conscious breathing to facilitate
profound relaxation, transformation and integration of mind, body
and spirit. The massage is performed by two (or more) therapists
working in unison. Advance booking required. Subject to availability.
Twilight Massage
The waves lapping on the shore by starlight make a delightful backdrop
to this massage experience. The secluded massage hales are perfect
for couple’s massage as well. Available in the evenings by
twilight until 9:00 pm.
Mele Wailea Massage
Our signature massage meaning “Wailea Song” captures
the rhythm of the island and features signature aromatherapy fragrances,
heated towels to loosen tight muscles and a blend of Swedish, Lomi
Lomi and aromatherapy massage techniques.
Lomi Lomi Massage
The traditional Hawaiian massage, considered for generations to
be a sacred healing art. The therapist uses hands and forearms in
flowing, rhythmic movements to improve circulation. This massage
is known to align and soothe the body, mind and spirit.
Shiatsu Massage
This ancient Japanese healing system uses various acupressure techniques
along the body’s meridians to relieve tension and improve
energy flow. A T-shirt and comfortable shorts are recommended and
are available at the Spa's reception desk.
Reflexology
A pressure point massage of the feet and hands based on ancient
Oriental energy principles, using trigger points to affect the health
of all the systems of the body.
Craniosacral Massage
Gentle manipulations focusing on the head, neck and spinal column
release blockages and improve the functioning of the central nervous
system. A wonderful treatment for migraine headaches and chronic
neck and back pain.
Energy Therapy
Massage
A trained therapist may draw from any number of different disciplines
including Reiki, Polarity Balancing, Chakra Balancing, Chi Kung
or Jin Shin Do, all based on increasing the chi or life energy to
reduce blockages and harmonise the body’s nervous system.
The therapist’s hands are gently placed on the body to create
a deeply relaxing effect. Loose, comfortable clothing should be
worn.
Ka Wahine Hapai (Pregnancy Massage)
This prenatal massage for women in their second or third trimester
is designed to relieve the specific aches and pains associated with
pregnancy. Ka Wahine Hapai therapists are highly trained to make
our mothers-to-be as comfortable as possible. Massage and body treatments
are not recommended in the first trimester.
Stress Reliever
Massage
One of our experienced massage therapists uses a variety of techniques,
all focusing on the stress points of the body, head, neck, shoulders,
back, hands and feet. Melts away stress and tension and attacks
the areas where you need it most.
Aromatherapy Massage
A blend of essential oils, primarily derived from healing plants,
is used to stimulate the body’s own self-healing abilities.
A trained therapist will help you to select the essential oils that
are right for you.
Deep Tissue/Sports
Massage
This deep massage uses aromatherapy oils and concentrates on specific
areas of concern. May be customised to the guest’s activities
and condition. Ideal for golfers, tennis players and other recreational
athletes.
Golfer’s Massage
A vigorous massage focusing on loosening and lengthening muscles
to improve range of motion and the ability to generate power in
a golf swing. Great before or after a day of golf or tennis.

Wailea Cocoon Experience
You will be given bath mitts and a luxurious coconut bath gel to
begin with a self-exfoliation in our steam shower chamber. Once
you have scrubbed yourself clean, sink into our deluxe couple’s
whirlpool tub to soak for about 10 minutes. After the soothing bath
salts and gentle whirlpool jets have melted your stress away, sink
down into the cocoon bed for the ultimate relaxing body wrap.
Cocoon Wrap
Sinking down into the warm bed, completely supported and floating
weightlessly, a deep sense of relaxation will fill you. While you
drift away, moisturising enzyme creams nourish the skin. This treatment
is “no ka oi” (the absolute best) for singles or couples.

gel, followed by a warm kukui nut oil drip. Your skin will glisten

Papaya Pineapple
Body Scrub
A facial-quality body exfoliation with papaya and pineapple enzymes
and finely crushed, antioxidant-rich grape seeds to smooth and exfoliate
your skin. Followed by a stimulating Vichy shower hydrotherapy massage.
Papaya Back and Body Treatment
The pineapple papaya scrub is followed by a thorough massage application
of facial-quality enzyme products to exfoliate, clean and rejuvenate
the skin.
Chai Soy Mud
Wrap
A soothing, nourishing treatment to detoxify and tone the skin,
using facial-quality organic chai soy mud rich in enzymes, vegetables

Maui Sugar and Hawaiinan Honey Wrap
This decadent treatment leaves your skin beautifully hydrated and
exfoliated by incorporating a blend of Lehua honey, Maui cane sugar,
Hawaiian oils of kukui nut, coconut oil and coco butter. This superior
blend is scented with the natural oils of vanilla and sweet orange.

Aloe and Lavender
Body Gel Wrap
A cooling therapy using aloe and lavender with Hawaiian ti leaves
to relieve sunburned skin. Calms irritated skin and is soothing
to all the systems of the body.
Hawaiian Noni Body Wrap
A healing gel from the noni plant grown in the mineral-rich volcanic
soil of Hawaii is applied to the entire body to soothe and tighten
the skin while healing minor irritations and sunburn. A warm, rich
coconut milk is then massaged into the body to leave you with a
healthy island glow.
Herbal Wrap
In this smoothing and gently detoxifying treatment, the body is
warmly wrapped in a linen sheet soaked in an infusion of traditional
Hawaiian herbs.
Hawaiian Detoxifying
Treatment
Enjoy a locally created cleansing treatment using therapeutic algae
and Island mud. Following a warm wrap, your skin is treated to a
heavenly Vichy shower and tropical moisturiser.
Lift and Tighten
Reduce the appearance of cellulite by using active ingredients to
stimulate the circulation. This body treatment will tone, lift and

Ginger Facial
An island transformation begins with a gentle papaya-pineapple-grape
seed scrub followed by a warm, nourishing mud mask made with a variety
of South Pacific Ocean seaweed ingredients, delicately blended with
tea and ginger.
Noni Quick Fix Facial
Healing gel from the Hawaiian noni plant is used to soothe sunburned
skin, removing redness and irritation. Traditionally, noni is used
by fire dancers to heal their burns!
Hawaiian Noni
Healing Facial
After a soothing facial massage using healing noni gel, a mixture
of aloe vera and colostrum is applied to further heal sun-damaged
and/or aging skin. A protein enzyme mist is used at the end to prolong
the effect and continue the healing, even after the treatment is
over.
Deep Cleansing Facial
The ancient healing arts of Hawaii meet with today's modern technology
to provide the ultimate cleansing facial. A gentle hand-applied
microdermabrasion cream results in a more youthful and vibrant appearance
